Create and Manage Player Groups
Learn how to create player groups to group and efficiently manage your digital signage players.
From the Dashboard, go to Players in the left-hand menu:
At the top, you will see a Player Groups tab. Click it:
You will now see a list of all player groups that have already been created. Location is included by default.
To add a new group, click Create New Player Group in the top-right corner.*
*You will now be taken to a page where you can enter the group details.
- Choose a name for your player group. Use the toggle to activate Single Option if a media player can only be linked to one player group option, or Multiple Options if a media player can be linked to multiple player group options.
- Add options using the plus icon on the right. You can remove options using the minus icon.
When you are finished, click Next:
On this page, you can assign media players to the options you created. Click the toggle to activate a media player for the selected option. Then click Save.
You will receive a confirmation that the player group was successfully created:
The player group will now appear in the Player Groups list:
To edit the player group click on the pencil icon and click on the bin icon to delete it,
