Display your Ridder dashboards via the CMS on your narrowcasting screens

Discover the steps to effortlessly present your Ridder Dashboards on your Narrowcasting Screens using the Content Management System (CMS)

Requirements

  1. Key from Ridder
  2. Media player
  3. Internet connection, preferably wired

Step 1:

Enter your Ridder Key in your profile. You can find your profile at the top right next to your username. If you don’t have a custom field in your profile yet, please consult your support team.

Step 2:

Within the template library, select the ‘Ridder Dashboard’ template and go through the steps in the creation station. Here, you can also select which dashboard you want to display.

Note:

Custom fields ensure that the Key/Token of the user who creates the fragment is used to display the dashboards.

If you have multiple keys/tokens within your organization, work with sub-users.

Step 3:

Save your fragment and schedule it in a playlist as desired.
