In this tutorial will be explained how to create an subuser
If you decided that you want to give other people access to the media players, you have to create an account for them. This is really straightforward. First thing you have to do is click on the menu Users to the left on your Dashboard:
This will bring you to the page where you can click on the button 'add user'
First you need the fill in the user details:
After that you need to decide which settings you want to give the user. For example:
Clip limit in playlist: If you want to limit how many clips the person can add to the playlist, you can add a number in this field. If you don't want any limit, you leave it empty. Same goes for the limit of playlists a subuser can create or how many playlists a subuser can override. The last option Override limit is the most restricting option. With the Needs clip approval option activated, you as a mainuser will have to approve every clip a subuser makes before it gets uploaded.
On the right side of the screen it is possible to add the players you want someone to have access to. To add all, use select all players.
Next click on templates you want to have available for your subuser or choose select all templates to add them all at once:
If you click on the third column, you go to the permissions section. In here you can choose which permissions a subuser should have or you choose select all permissions:
Once you are finished, select the save button on the right top:
Once you have saved the settings, it will appear on your users' list:
If you want to edit a subusers' settings, go to the users button to the left on your Dashboard.
