Exploring the Clips Section

Discover the features and functions available in the Clips section, where you can manage and customize your video clips

You will now see an overview of your fragments. Above the columns, you will find various descriptions.

  • If you click on the fragment icon, you can view a preview of the fragment.
  • The status of the fragment is displayed; once it’s processed, it will show as Ready.
  • The Type column shows what type of fragment it is (widget, image, screen layout, etc.).
  • The Name column displays the name you have given the fragment.
  • Under Template, you can see which template was used to create the fragment.
  • The Edited column shows the last date the fragment was modified.
  • In the Duration column, you can see the length of the fragment in minutes and seconds.
  • The Orientation column indicates whether a fragment is in landscape or portrait orientation.
  • If you have set up screen layouts, you can use the Hide Region column to choose whether to exclude the fragment from the screen layout. Choose on or off . If set to on, the fragment will be displayed in full screen rather than within the screen layout.

You can click on the column names to sort the list by that specific column (e.g., to bring the most recently edited template to the top).

If you want to select multiple fragments, check the boxes under Select . To edit a fragment, click the pencil icon . At the end of each row, you'll find three dots. Clicking on these will present you with several options:

  • Duplicate: This will duplicate the fragment and add it to your list of fragments.
  • Share: This option allows you to share the fragment with other users in your organization.
  • Delete: This option will remove the fragment.
