The CMS offers versatility and ease of use when it comes to uploading your content.  To ensure a seamless experience, it's important to be aware of the supported file types that you can upload. Below, we outline the accepted file formats for different types of content:

Videos:

  • mp4: This format is widely used for video content and provides good compression without compromising quality.
  • avi: Audio Video Interleave, commonly known as AVI, is another video format often supported.
  • wmv: Windows Media Video (WMV) is a popular format for Windows users.
  • mov: Developed by Apple, the MOV format is commonly associated with QuickTime.
  • mpg: The MPG format, or MPEG, is known for its compression and quality balance.
  • m4v: This format is often used for video content in Apple devices.

Pay attention to the size of the content you upload in the CMS.

Standard resolution is 1920 x 1080 and 1080 x 1920, depending on the orientation of your screen.

If you upload a file with a lower resolution, this will impact how it is displayed on the screen (lower quality).

Images:

  • jpg: The JPEG format is ideal for photographic images with good quality and compression.
  • jpeg: Similar to JPG, JPEG format is suitable for images and photographs.
  • png: PNG files are known for their lossless compression, making them great for graphics and images.

Other File Types:

  • PDF: The PDF (Portable Document Format) is versatile for documents and reports.
