How can I manage my notifications in the CMS?

In the CMS, you can conveniently receive and manage notifications to stay updated on important activities and messages. Here’s how you can access and interact with notifications.

Accessing Notifications:

To view your notifications, select the 'bell' icon; it is positioned in the top right corner of the CMS interface:


If you have unread notifications, you'll notice an orange dot attached to the bell icon. Click on the bell icon to access your notifications.

Checking Unread Notifications:

Upon clicking the bell icon, you'll be presented with a list of notifications.
Unread notifications will be highlighted to ensure easy identification.

Navigating to the Notification Inbox:

If you wish to explore your notification history or manage older notifications, follow these steps:

  • Click on your Username located in the top right corner of the CMS interface.
  • From the dropdown menu, select "Inbox."

Filtering Notifications:

Within the Inbox, you can filter notifications based on their type and status for an easy overview. Notifications can be categorized by type (Message/Warning) and status (Read/Unread). Utilize the filtering options to streamline your notification management process.
