You can show your Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet files on your digital signage displays in two different ways.

You can display your Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel files using either the Excel online widget or the Excel Sharepoint widget.

  • Excel Sharepoint can be used for Excel pages published in the Sharepoint environment.
  • Excel Online can be used for Google Spreadsheet.

In case of a black screen or no preview place &action=embedview behind the URL.

Important: Make sure that your Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel document is published online and accessible by the CMS. Otherwise it won't be able to be shown.
